Yesterday my second battle dont start, i need a win with 3 goals because we had 14:17 points and 15:17 goals. My first match i won 3:0. second game wont start, servercrash or anything like this happened. After that i get spammed with messages that the game will start shortly but nothing going on.
Today i look inside and there displays a 0:0 because the enemy dont start with 11 players. Wtf, if this correct i have to get a win and not a draw.
Again we lose our comprtition because of an error on your side nordeus. Last weeekend we lose horrible and now again. Really?

Have you reported this to Support? A team not being able to field 11 players should be a 3-0 win to you but maybe Associations is different although I'd be surprised if it was. Do your Associations colleagues all see your 0-0?

Yeah i wrote also support but no answer yet. My team can see that 0:0 and now we play second half but only place 3 or 4. with a 3:0 in that game we win first round and can also win the weekend.

I get 10 token and 5 packs of each but no points. Thats not fair, my team lose so many points and we get nothing. **** of with 10 token. My team 6 people get 2 of each pack but in real we win the tournament and all have to get 5 packs, so we lose all 3 packs thats 18 packs of each. Last tournament we lose all games and get place 4 and this week again a third place then a first and lose again points, we cant compensate this, we will lose many seasons and many token.
