Ads loading and playing give no reward today. What's up with that?

Only 13 green packs today instead of 21 (I use the other 4 ads for x2 training).

Not because of lack of free offers but because after watching the ads I didn't receive any reward in 8 different cases.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful for something we get for free but come on, this is a scam.

Do we have any explanation?

I also have this problem with my 2nd team 3-4 months now,every day I am missing over 5 boosters because some of the vids doesn't give any,once I watched 30 vids and get only 8 boosters,send ticket to support and they can check your account,I've done it before,but lately they didn't done nothing about this,I am getting some answers like:I can see that you received some boosters for today,bla bla bla...helllooo I sent the ticket yesterday...

You will need screenshots with those issue vids,or to give them some details about it,so from now on you have to do screenshot after every video u watch lol

It's been 7 hours now, I don't think I'll ever get them.

So now it's 1 am where I live and free offers are back up.

Ads for Huge Casino, Legend of Discord and Z Girls (4 in total) even though playing normally and ending didn't give boosters.

I was only able to get 4 more green boosters by ads of Angry Birds and CSR 2.

Please make sure you report such situations to our support team. Yes, it sometimes takes some time for the boosters to be received, but if you don't, try to remember if there are specific adds, that fail to deliver the boosters.

As madflo19 said, screenshots and details are always of help to the support.

I notified the support but they weren't able to actually resolve my issue.

I know now which ads don't give a booster reward but the thing is that you can't stop an ad playing. Also, I'm not really sure how can I prove through screenshots that I didn't receive any booster.

This situation is really hurting me, because the ads that don't give a reward are counting to the total 25 we get everyday.
