Today I played in cup against a ~15% weaker team. Opponent was there and managed from the beginning...
and the funny thing about that: we took the lead, after that I changed tactics. This was a bad decision. I saw the effect of that -> opponent scored. I changed tactics again, 10min later, we took back the lead. Opponent also had no more SoT, finally we won 1:4.
I changed twice tactics, both times there was an effect... that's more than OK. But try the same against a bot team... :rolleyes:
Yesterday almost got trolled by bot.
Other team played an illegal tanking formation, all players at flank.
I set up an normal formation with 4 defenders and attacking from middlw, where oppo was empty.
Through first 15 minutes, my best performed scorers lost 4 1vs1 chances.
Oppo scored first at gis first attempt lol.
The result was 6-2, but even the 2 goals conceeded were a joke.
Of course oppo as not watching

Both games:
both teams had the same formation, exactly same players on the pitch. My team also had the same tactics and my team was a little more moraled than home game.
Only difference: at my 9:0 win, opponent was there, at my 0:3 win, oppnent wasn't there.
First game: 16:2 SoT, 2:2 saves
Second game: 3:8 SoT, 5:2 saves - and he also got a red card...

In the away game I lost 3-1, it's 7-1 on aggregate. More than 10% quality difference and I get humiliated.Quote:

Sweet mother of God, this is so f'ing annoying. In the last few weeks I have had heaps of trouble with managerless teams. Not even unwatched teams but straight up bots who had no honours the previous season and have a roster full of 30+ year old players. I watch 90% of my games and am mindful of my tactics even against obvious bots. For the last year I managed to eek out a result even when the Nordeus algorithm predetermined i would have a crap day. Now, I can lose 2-1 against a team 25% less than me thats in a poor formation. My ratings are still in the 6's and 7s with 70% possession and he will win. 2 shots on goal, 2 goals. Happens ever so often, I get it but when i'm dreading playing against digital flotsam something is definitely wrong.
For the record I maintain my team with at least 8% bonus, full win bonus at over the course of a season 105% - 125% quality.
Glad to hear im not the only one here with this problem.
