Retrieve account / team / tokens etc

I have been playing and buying tokens on my android version of top eleven.

Wanting to play on my computer I set up a facebook account to link my android version with, logged in with the facebook account (on my android) and the game was brand new and asking me to set my team up.

I removed the facebook account, went back to top eleven and it still automatically signed into the facebook account.

I uninstalled and reinstalled top eleven on my android, removed the facebook account, opened top eleven and it still starts from the beginning asking me to set up a new team etc.

Seeing as I have paid a good few U.K. £'s building my stadium and team from my google/android email address, I am at a loss to understand why launching the game from my google account associated android still fails to reconnect with my team.

Nordeus, please help sort this out, I have a lot of money tied into this game.
