Why he is LV4 manager ? Is it possible ?

It is very strange, if some admin could explain
It happens if you quit the game and return after many months with the same account.
Manager level might go up, but team will remain at lower level if team finishes below top 8.
No Trophies indicates his last league position was below 8th.
Club Level is 2, same as you.

This player started playing a year ago (maybe). He stopped playing. Yesterday he logged in again, so foundede date is april, 26th 2017.
