Why he is LV4 manager ? Is it possible ?
He just register on 26 April 2017.

It happens if you quit the game and return after many months with the same account.
Manager level might go up, but team will remain at lower level if team finishes below top 8.
No Trophies indicates his last league position was below 8th.

Manager level is the highest level that the manager reached, and club level the actual one with the club he have now. Maybe he reached level 4 and used the job centre to leave his old club and control another, and then he left this last one abandoned...

This player started playing a year ago (maybe). He stopped playing. Yesterday he logged in again, so foundede date is april, 26th 2017.
