There is a free video that crashes the app 100% every time

i see 2,3 videos than boom, 20 crashes in a row
again 1,2 videos, 20 crashes

i think there is a video that when it pops up in rotation it causes app to crash

reinstalled, cleaned cache, app data, etc, no result.

Hey Enachev, can give me some details about the video? If we know what the advertisement is about we could communicate with the offer providers and ask them to see if anything is wrong with their streaming client or if the video's data is corrupted somehow.

I get so many free reward videos then it comes up sorry no free reward videos available .what's going on.

I get a problem with the "Idle Heroes" ad (and this ad rotates so many times it has kept me from watching more than 5 videos a day) . Its so annoying, after watching the 30 sec. video it doesn't give you the pack but it says error loading.... If the video doesn't properly load or there's no strong connection it usually stops you in the beginning and doesn't waste your time. That's not the case as other ads work fine.
