App stops daily collecting special feature gift from friends

App on android stops daily collecting special feature gift from friends. Look I miss it all the time.
Do more people suffer from this?

Playing from an iPad I've had the same thing happen to me 2 or 3 times. Not for the last 6 or 8 weeks though.
It was always when trying to collect the rest pack, not the others.
And still everyday there is a heart stopping fraction of a second when it looks as if the app is going to shut down as I collect the free rest pack from friends.

I've escalated this the issue and will get back to you when I have more info on the matter. Thank you for reporting!

UPDATE: Seems that we've had some other reports of this issue. They have been submitted to the devs and the issue is being investigated. It seem that it occurs more often on Android than on the iOS platform.

This is a very old bug.

but for me it's a minor bug, doesn't have any implications.
You just reload the game.
You take your gift and you send the gift to your friends even if the app crashes.
It must be something with the fb.

* Advice : don't exchange your gifts if you had bid in an auction that is running.
That could cause a problem of loosing the auction, now with the 4 minutes limit.

Well I can't see which player receives the gift and which friends sends me the gift. After restarting the game that information is lost.
So for me it has implications.
