Error Result Match game in Associations

Yesterday , My Association is Jimmy vs Galatasaray Ultraaslan

In match game last , Jim FC vs Serkan FC ,

Jim FC won Serkan FC => 4 - 1 Score , Two association is DRAW POINT.
Into Penalty , Jim FC also won . But system was error ,match game is equal 0 - 0 Score.
Help me fix it !

you can't do anything.
Just send a report and you 'll get 5-10 tokens.

in the menu, it's the button down right with the (?) symbol and the the upper right in the white/blue screen
