top eleven crashed when i'm getting a gift from my friends

hey top eleven managers i got a gift from my friends but unfortunately it crashed
how can i fix this kind of glitch?

I do experience same too. I have uninstall and installed nothing changed. Anyone help us!

it's a very old bug.
You just restart the game.
The gifts are ok, don't worry about this.

maybe it's not depending from T11 but from fb

I've had this bug for ages. Restarts my game 1-4 times each day. Now I don't bother with health packs, not worth the time to restart.

Nordeus told me refresh my FB connection, but I never really wanted to be connected to FB in the first place.
