Training Special coach 2x issues

So for the last few days, I've not been able to watch the videos that I can use to boost my team bonuses by x2. I've always been able to keep my team bonuses(attack,defense, conditioning, possession) between 8-10% but now I'm struggling to keep them at 6%. The button is non existant. Has the conditions to use this option for lower levels been removed? I'm at a lose to what the problem could be.

Mine is ok. Try reinstalling T11. Are you still getting videos for boosters? Otherwise contact Support.

it's a fixed "bug".
It last for a week and then you 'll be able to watch again.

had the same problem with the x2 bonustraining

this is a little workaround to get the x2 bonus training

first look a vid for a package then do the x2 bonustraining it worked for me

Nope. That trick doesn't work for this. The button is litterly gone. It's like Nordeus has assumed that you already did your bonuses for the day. It's gone for about a week now. Nordeus customer service has been of no use and it's put me at a disadvantage against everyone else. I give up on the game!!

No, this button can't be gone.
If it still missing (after this week), reinstall the game (cleaning cache memory, files) or send a report to support.
What device do you use ?
Have any 2nd ? (mobile + tablet)

The button is gone. I reinstalled several times deleting the data along with it and it doesn't fix it. And I sent a message to customer support and they can't do anything about it

mobile ? what ios or android ?
Do you have vids for boosters but not for the X2 ?

I am not sure if Joesthedj got his issue resolved but now i am having the same troubles he was having.

At first I thought it was just cause it was the post season and the x2 would come back once league started. But i havent even watched a vid today in hope that the x2 training bonus would come back but still nothing for me

Device- Apple Iphone6, ios
I can watch vids for boosters.. just not for x2 training.
