technical problem with my Associations match

I played Associations match. It was last match in Associations. I won this match 3:0 and than were penalty kicks. I won this penalty kicks too. But this match was not registered. I see only " This match was not played for technical reasons and will be recorded as a draw.".
My question is: WHY? I played my match, I win Tournament associations. But I'm the second due to technical problems that are on Nordeus side. This is not fair.
