    Hi danclifford, we're sorry about the inconvenience. Replied to you in the Update thread but is there any error message you're receiving? Does it freeze at the same point? Any info is helpful. Also, have you tried clearing your cache?

    I've replied to you on the Update thread. I have tried clearing the cache the coloured pinwheel comes up when the main interface comes up and I'm unable to do anything.
