game not loading in gameroom

today when i tried to play top eleven 2017 i find out that game updated and it can't loading
and there no message error !!
and i tried playing it in firefox browser and error message showed say low memory

Regarding the mobile version, did you try reinstalling the app as a whole? That usually resolves a lot of problems.

When it comes to the web version, please try these steps:
1. Clear the browser cache and cookies.
2. Try loading the game through facebook.com as well.
3. Try loading the game through another browser - Both via topeleven.com & facebook.com

the game it was fixed just last 1 hour and its working in gameroom
i used high speed connection and that fixed the problem
and i am happy
