Hello Foucozor,
To contact our support team, open Top Eleven and tap on the "?" button in the lower left corner (next to the settings button). This will lead you to the FAQs, and you should be able to easily find the "Contact Us" link. To speed up the process, make sure to provide your Top Eleven ID In the ticket. The ID is a long string of numbers that can be found in the settings screen.
