Physio center BONUS +6% isn't work...

I sometimes notice that when a refund is to be made every 3 hours when this time is detected by a match, players do not receive a 6% bonus. OK, I guess this is so to force game users to pay with tokens by changing the start time of the match. But if our team is a guest or a member of the association, what should we do to get this bonus for players?
This night i was have a mact for Assosiation. To kick off was 16 minutes, to end 3 hours physio center bonus was 13 minutes. I train one my GK to 93% with hope hes to be after match 99%.

He stay at 93%

Careful. Careful. Careful. 3 minutes before kick off is when everything stops happening to your team. Not tactic changes, no treatments, no morale boosters, no rests!!!
So if your watch shows a slightly different time to the in game countdown condition gain timer you can easily get into the situation above.
Any 6% gains in condition that are due to happen during the 3 minutes before your match or during the duration of your match will be added on once the game has finished.

No! Did you see my picture? Look a red arrow what show ==> The goalkeeper is stil 93% and next psysio bounes is after 2:45h. I training him 10 min before match begin. OK? And im countdown, just smaaaaaaaaaal disaopinted! And today again i have a match in 6:01PM, and my physio is maybe 5:58/5:59PM
I will record a video of my full match+before that, and after that.

Ok. I can't watch the video for some reason, but I believe you.
I've had the same thing happen to me more than once.
If it's happening all the time you got a serious problem....contact in game support (for all the good it will do you).
If it's a one off, take it on the chin or contact in game supp...........we've been through this haven't we?

Done, i change the video options, and hope now will avaible!
Yes, many-many-many times happend this, when physio bonus is the same time with match.
Thanks a lot if some one try to fix this problem/for me is a problem/.
