I Can't buy the player on offer after winning the last Tour UK Match??

I have enough token obviously. I click on view = Can see 7/7 city completed = Click on Offers TAB= See one on offer 8-9 STAR PLAYER with T369 cost.

Click on Buying the player = "Could not hire a scout right now, Please try again later " - for last TWO DAYS Attachment 91386

How come the Mods couldn't give a **** about fixing this problem?

I spent Token muta****ers to get to the last stage and left hanging by these Dev?

This is the most if not the biggest ripoff I have ever come across on here.

I have sent i-game support emails as well, seem like they are very much intending to bury this **** down the hole. Not a single response, no apologies, not going to try and fix anything either.
