German Version

Hey guys, I'm starting to go crazy. For days I get loaded on Windows PC only the English version. It does not matter which link I use. Primary, of course, I go to Topeleven.com/de - but it always loads the English version. It is to despair!!! German language top right does not work either. I ask for help, as I get loaded again the German version. It works perfectly on the phone. Thank you in advance.
