    Problem top eleven tokens

    Hey guys, once again.
    Peter here,
    I thought Tapjoy is the only provider having problem now it seems like Fyber, Supersonic, TokenAds and TrialPay is having problem as well.
    I completed one offer yesterday from Fyber
    after conpleting i didn't receive any tokens.
    Minutes ago, i did survey from TrialPay (the only provider i have been using all these while without any problems), completed but haven not received my tokens yet.
    Sent the email, just waiting for them to reply.

    Anyhow, i'm just afraid that because the other day i sent Tapjoy emails furiously, Tapjoy might have told the rest of the providers not to reward me with anything.

    so now, what should i do?

    I would just email them again (politely). Did you send screenshots the first time?

    Hi Peter,

    There can sometimes be a slight delay after completing offers. As dave mentions, emailing their support on their offer wall is a good way to inquire, they'll be able to investigate.
