I had something similar,in cup,champions league and league 4.2M,8.4M,12.6M,16.8M but in FA/friendly when i checked, the bonus was set to 16.7M, so i had 5 different bonuses at FA/friendly with 2 just 100k difference,after i moved the bonus to 16.8M,the other one disappeared .
