Thanks for posting. You can reach our Support team in-game by clicking into an article that is most suitable to your issue in the FAQ and selecting the Contact Us button in the top-right hand corner.

If you don't see the button, please make sure you've updated completely.

i cant see the link, when i click on button "Contact Us" it's open me window Contact Us but without button to write to Nordeus.

Once you reach the Contact Us window and fill out your question, there is a Send button in the top right corner.
