Screen freezing when this ad come up

Hey guys, I've got a problem today, whenever i am watching ads for rests this ad come up and screen got struck, it didn't move neither forward nor backward, if you look closely on screenshot you will see their is no close option for this ad, I've waited for 5-10 minutes if any close option might come but no close option, just one way to get rid of this ad screen freezing problem is to close the app and start again, my younger brother also facing this problem, anyone else is having this problem ? what should i do now

I tend to find that if I have this problem (with any app), then watching a video for a different pack (red or blue) clears the blockage - if you like.
