Ad problem plus x2 video

Hi managers
I have problem with ad. I watch ad video when finish it they not add me green pack
Like yesterday i watch about 30 video and they add only 12 green pack.
And today there is no x2 bonus
Plus i was add green pack manually evry player add him one green pack by watching video.
Now i can't.
