Game crashed while I was winning

Dear Support,

I had my cup match with very strong opponent. In the start of second half my team scored from the free kick and game got crashed. I tried using different internet connection but it didn't connect. After that when it connected I lost 1-0.

This is very strange. Whenever server got crashed or any bug in the system, the winning team suffer and the loser get benefit from it.

Do you need any more detail to look into this issue?
