Association match.pls Help

Hello.
Today I and all the players of my association are faced with a problem.None of the managers of my association could go to their matches
I ask you to explain to me what it is.This has already happened before. But it never was that the whole association could not go to the match.
I and the managers of my association play in the game for a very long time.And what is happening now is spitting in our face.We demand to solve this problem as soon as possible.If the problem is not solved. I'm sad to say this but I and the managers of my association will be forced to leave your game.

Same issue today. Half of team could not access our final. 3 games played 3 didn't. 2 hours after final was supposed to finish we do not know if we have won or lost. If we win we get promoted to Platinum. If we lose we won't. I presume Nordeus will compensate us the points if we lose because we couldn't play the game because of their bugs!!!! I doubt it somehow.

We had 3 association matches which could not be played yesterday because of 'technical issue' and they were all declared 0 0 draws. We therefore drew our final 16 16 but lost by 1 goal so finished second. Had we won we would have received an additional 25 points to take us to 1350 points and promotion to Platinum and therefore get 100 tokens. But we only received 50 tokens for staying in Gold 1 with 1325 points. How can they just decide matches are drawn and cheat us out of potentially winning the tournament and getting an additional 50 tokens. You must compensate us for the additional tokens we coulfd have won but for your bugs.

I have raised this as an issue but responses are so slow it is impossible to properly discuss this with them.
