Tokens not getting credited for sale of players

Hi Admins,

I am suspecting that there is something wrong with one of my accounts.
I have sold at-least 6 players since yesterday for a total of approx 50 tokens.
However, my account is not reflecting these tokens.
The "Watch a Free Video" button is frozen since a few days as well.

Also, the option to contact in-game support is not present on my account.
This is strange because this is happening only on 1 of my 2 accounts.
The 2nd team is getting the tokens, ads and has the "Start a new conversation" button to contact support in-game.

Filed a query for the same yesterday.
Been over 36 hours and no response yet.
Hope some one from the forum can look into this.

They are very busy lately but I guess they will respond soon.
Meanwhile, try to clean cache-memory or to re-install the game.
It helped me in a problem I had.

Super duper busy I guess.
3 days and no reply in sight.
It’s pathetic that such issues creep in due to an “update”.
Eight years and such a shambolic product... just shows a lack of direction from those driving the product.
