My players stopped developing their abilities after a match (SS)

Hey everyone
I noticed this problem and this problem has been an issue for me since the beginning of the new season. I haven’t lost a match yet. It’s all and only wins but when a match ends and I view the ratings tab. I can’t see anything but %4 ability bonus given to the man of the match. It’s very important for my players to develop and top eleven bothers the hell out of me again but this time with a different problem. However my players in country (national cup thing) gets those points right after a match. Normally each one would get a raise in at least two different abilities since they’re all 21-22

Make a test, keep some screenshots with the skills of some players before a game and then compare them after that game.
Maybe they are earning but it's a visual only bug.

I’ll do that cap but only one player gaining that %4 make me think it’s not a visual. We’ll see that tomorrow in the morning
