I am having an issue where I am not able to watch any comercials for the green, red and blue packs. Not even when I go to the physiocenter, it will just tell me I am out of offers after 1 video.

that is because version 7.1 has millions of bugs. you need to uninstall it from your android phone and install version 6.8 here :

i did it last night and got my 30 rest packs straight away.
until nordeus fix issues don't install top 11 from google play cos you will just end up with the 7.1 version again.
