Can't change time on PC

I can't change time. I have 2 match. My team is the local team. In the daytime, I work in a company, so I can't watch the match. I want to see my match at night.I change time but I can't. I also can't play on mobile. I only can play on PC. I hope Top Eleven can fix this error on PC. Thank you

you click the 19 but nothing happens. been like this for weeks now on pc. only can change it on cell phone
