Internation Cup - Unable to claim reward

I have been competing in the International Cup.
When I have been able to claim rewards this has worked fine up until the Semi Final.
I won the Semi Final today and the rewards (2 tokens, 2 rests and a player), when I clicked the Claim button, nothing was added to my account.
I have space in my squad for a player to be added too so I that isn't the issue.
Anyone else have the same issue?

Hi there,

Only after the final match, when is determined if you are the first or second you'll be able to claim your player or players. So the reward for winning the semi-finals is 5 tokens 4 rests and 4 moral boosters.

Are you sure those haven't been added to your account? Can you please PM me your ID so that we can investigate it further?

I have olso same problem,today go to final,but didnt recive player and didnt have option to claim player plss what to do

2) Read the Rewards again
3) Read posts above again (specially first line of #2)
