bug in association

it's happen twice already, but in different month, yesterday happen agai nto my association.
because this,, my association lost.
whereas i win 0-2. but suddenly penalty match happen, ? so weird,, and do you know? after 90, match ended, and we go to penalty ? lol
i win why penalty and game stop. until reset time (09.00 am gmt+7 in my time zone), my match still ongoing lol...... after reset day, i gotresult draw and my association lost

1) You must spot somewhere in the upper right corner smthing like an arrow so to move in the next screen

2) no, you didn't understand.
I mean you can't send a report and all the members of your group will get the compensation.
Each members must make his own to take it.
