Hi, I have bought some tokens through PayPal two days ago. I did received confirmation from PayPal about the payment but so far no tokens on my account. Probably I should contact somebody from Nordeus, but I can not find any form, email address or other way how to do that. help please

At some step ahead, search the upper right corner for a button that leads you to a form -
describing the problem and send a mail.

I wrote several times to your form support and nobody answer me.

I don't know much about how good the current support service is for Top Eleven, but way back it was decent and they were even compensating for certain issues. If you are not getting any support or the issue is not solve, I suggest better get your money back via the dispute process through PayPal.
