i got a problem... i made an offer to a player on negotiations list, someone made a higher offer and the player was sold to him. after that, the game said that the tokens were reimbursed, but i didn't got my tokens back, and that message on the bottom-right corner appears permanently.

what can i do, or how can i get my tokens back?

thanks for that link, i wrote my problem there. but where am i going to receive the response? because i can't contact the support team anymore, i think i am banned to write them or something... when i click the '?' button the dialog box is not there anymore... very professional of them
