I already hit and did not receive anything….

Please make sure you open the offer wall of the provider, from which you took the offer, and submit a support request there.

Only providers, who have all the data about the successful (or unsuccessful) completion of any of their offers, are able to check their system and see what went wrong. If everything checks out they will add your reward right after that.
