I lost all my coins
Yesterday as usual i started playing tope eleven and I had 49 coins with me.
But afternoon I had a match and after that when i checked my coins it came down to 4 coins(now 6).Idk what happened but when i contacted top eleven cutomer service they said i used my couns to but money.
idk what happened. As a new season is gonna start soon I dont have any coins to buy players please help me
Could you retrieve the purchase as i have a lot of money eith me.
Or else I would not be able to play the game any further

If you go to Finance page, you can see as investments the money you bought with tokens.
What is writing there ?

This is what you see
You bought with 40 tokens those money ? 196 M ?
If yes, tokens are gone.
If not, send a report with your ID number (it's besides the menu) .
They can track your actions.

But I didn't buy the money using tokens.
And If I don't get back my coins I can't play for the next season.

I would strongly suggest making sure no one else has access to your account, @GopanAG . Also, please let our Support know that you'd like a refund of the tokens, that is if you are willing to give up the cash from the bank loan of course - they'll do their best to help.
