Problem play

Hi, I waited for the 2 hours to pass and every time I try to play it tells me that I can not, that I might have a game scheduled or in play. I have not played for half an hour and for the next game 10 hours are missing, while the time goes by without playing match. I have closed and opened several times and nothing.
