Hey @gabiele !
Are you playing via the web version or throught the mobile app? 
If you are playing the mobile version, try reinstalling the app as a whole, and for the web platform please try:
1. Clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you're using.
2. Try using a different browser to see if the issue reoccurs.
3. Try loading Top 11 both through topeleven.com and facebook.com
Tell me if it worked!

i'm playing the web version on firefox under windows 10
clearing cache and cookies doesn't change the situation
i tryed facebook gameroom and the game works better, still lagging a little but playable
