Halloween event....lost tickets!!

On Friday (26/10) morning after the update the event appeared for some hours and I bought 4 tickets just when I saw it for 32tokens....then the event disappeared at all and today (27/10) when it appeared again the tickets I bought were not there....and the tokens of course didn’t came back....I have also sent a message through the game...pls check it and give me back either 4 tickets for the event or 32 tokens.

Don't worry, you 're not gonna loose your tokens because the actions of your team are "recorded" but be patient because it needs 2-3 days to fix.

But why did you buy those tickets so early ? The contest didn't start yet.
