Actually i noticed a HUGE bug in this game. I saw somewhere written top eleven support, when there is no support from nordeus at all. People losing resources aand effort but nobody cares. That has to be a visual bug right? why do you mention support when you dont have someone to solve people's problems? I am totally mad at nordeus.

i am talking about contacting support and never got a response while i am still losing progress and resources
yes I too have faced the issue where support takes about 3 days to respond.
recently games been issuing very frequent updates and new challenges and with every new challenge comes new bugs. like less free stuff.
this can affect the amount of attention that this game has.
