Game crashed when I click the Adds watch button

Hey guys,

I want to ask did someone have a problem like me, when I am using the Top Eleven app sometimes the phone suddenly is restarting for no reason it is happening often when I am watching ads or clicking on the players info. Let me know if you have the same problem or give me advice to fix it, thanks.

Finally I found someone with that problem, I told that Im the only. But I have bigger problem, when i click ad my phone is restarting. I reinstalled the app but its not fixed yet.

Day 4 and my phone (android galaxy J3) is still crashing when watching videos. It crashes on average 6 times getting the 25 green packs.

Still getting the same on iOS. However it's not happening on my crappy phone using android.

just delete top11 from your phone and then go to https://top-eleven-football-manager....harger/1745964 and download version 7.2.1 . i did and works perfect. F**K nordeus updates until they can finally get one right !!!

thanks for raising this issue. i was about to post about this. facing this same weird problem.
and this thing is happening on all the ads that end like the pic shown above by @Altiplano - a small pic on the right hand upper corner, a paragraph describing the product and a link to purchase it by the name of "shop now". these are the ads regulated by AdChoices.

have to restart the game every time these kind of ads appear. hope you will address the issue asap.
