Hey everyone i'm using a Doogee Mix 2 mobile phone with 7.1.1 android and the latest update on the game.
Opening the game causes my touch screen + open/close screen button to stop working (Nothing more can be done in-game or anywhere)
I have to continuously press it, in order for the phone to reset otherwise nothing is done.
I've tried :
Clearing the cache of the game.
Uninstall - reinstall the game.
Factory reset of the phone.
That's it i suppose. Any ideas?
Maybe move the game to the memory card...
Maybe the phone memory is not enough??

Clear the catch of other app's like facebook maybe other apps are still open and eat memory out what makes it to much???

Hi lefwar, Sorry to hear about this. Was it just this update that started causing problems?
Cache clearance is done manually everyday and it's never more than 300-400mb. After restarting the phone and running top eleven, not many apps use memory
so it's impossible to fill 6 gb of it.
I've played the game again after 1-2 years and this is a new phone so i dont really know if the problem is caused after the latest update :/
Maybe recently installed an other app what might cause the problem??
Many apps like facebook messenger are always on, for notifications, that is one of the things I directly switch off..
You use facebook on the phone, maybe try to use facebook lite??
Can you log in your account in a computer or other phone, just to make sure it is your phone what is the problem and not the TE account?
