No ads view button

I recently got the game, and played for a while, then saw my coworker playing while having ads. so i submitted a bug report to the support.
they instructed me to:
1) force shut
2) clear cache
3) uninstall
4) reboot
5) reinstall
I have done these steps to no avail, I feel completely left out of the whole ads thing and my team is going to lose
I have contacted support several times with the same steps being sent
can anyone help with this issue?

tech details:
own an android Huawei P20lite
accessed using google play account
tried facebook and online to no avail
