Free tokens not received

Hello,

i did one of those ''download this game and receive X amount of free tokens''.
The game was pirate kings, and i was supposed to finish level 3 for 73 free tokens.
I am now at level 10 in that game, and on the ''In Progress' page it just sais that i have started it, even though i finished it about 2 weeks ago.
And i never received the free tokens.

Any idea what might be wrong here?

Don't bother to do those. I did some in the past, but did not get my 70 tokens reward.
Ever since then I don't even tap that window anymore.

Sausy, it's no use to do so. They do nothing. When I provided them screenshots, date, time and a proof that I did fulfill the requirements, they just stopped writing to me.
True story, I'm far from offending, but that's the case. My nerves are for other purposes instead

Ok, few tips

- You cannot download a game that you already played in your phone
- You cannot do that using a vpn and get the offer from another country
- From the first step, when you start the download of the game, till the step you can claim the tokens, you take screenshots (as evidence)
- You contact with the provider and not nordeus support
- You must persist because those companies are not very happy when giving the reward
- If you insist enough , after some (maybe long) time, you get your reward
