    Association Semi-Final Freeze ??

    My Assciation, Jambo Giants played Lion King in Saturday's semi-final
    It was very close; we lost the away leg 10-7 and won the home games 10-7

    As stated, it was close but, as i had won 6-0 in the 2nd last game I hoped we'd done enough
    The last game finished 3-0 to us (Gregor Young v Roby Indrajaya)

    .... - then I saw something I'd never seen before in Associations
    .... - Gregor Young v Roby Indrajaya's game went to Penalties !!

    After 7 penalties each Gregor Young won 5-4 but then the game 'Froze'
    It's STILL NOT been resolved and finals haven't been allocated ....

    .... Help Please !

    The reason for penalties was, with Gregors 3-0 win, we were tied 17 to 17 and 24 to 24 in goals

    The game has awarded this tie to the Lion King Association 18 to 15
    The Gregor Young v Roby Indrajaya match has been called as a 0 - 0 Draw

    This is WRONG
    IN LIVE PLAY Gregor Young BEAT Roby Indrajaya 3 - 0 AND THAT GAME then went to Penalties to determine which association progressed
    ....Gregor Young won the shootout 5 - 4

    Jambo Giants should therefore be competing in the FINALS - NOT for Third place !!

    This is a common bug in associations .
    A connection with the server is lost and you see just an illusion.
    The other bug is when the games go to draw and penalties.

    You can't do nothing.
    At old times when you sent to support, they gave you a compensation of 10 tokens, now nothing.
    Just a sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the feedback

    Gregor Young BEAT Roby Indrajaya 3 - 0 FACT - Or the game wouldn't have gone to penalties .....
    .... it was MANY HOURS LATER that Gregor Young v Roby Indrajaya was registered 'in game' as 0 - 0 which would mean NO PENALTY DECIDER
    .... This is a FARCE !!

    Your reply is very polite but it makes NO SENSE
    - if you're saying you can do NOTHING, then what's the point of this Forum ?

    We are not magicians I’m afraid. As much as we are here to help you and give advice, we cannot change results. As Nik pointed out, this is a common bug in Associations. What you saw was a simulation which was not saved to the server. So to you it happened but a server issue caused the game to be re-simulated and a different result given.
    Many of us have suffered a similar fate and as much as we sympathise with you, we do not have the power to change anything.
    If you feel so strongly then you should contact support but as Nik also pointed out, there is nothing that they will do either.
    This isn’t great but unfortunately it’s a fact.
    Best to just put it down to experience.

    I'm not ungrateful for you guys taking the time to respond but, currently, I'm struggling to see the point of reporting stuff here ....

    I am sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with your game that has caused the results of the match to be recorded in such as strange way and for how this has affected your progression in the Association Tournament and the Divisions.

    The issue that you have experienced is due to an technical glitch in our system that has caused your match between Gregor Young v Roby Indrajaya to not be recorded and instead the match was recorded as a draw in the Fixtures. Unfortunately, this glitch has proven rather difficult to solve and due to technical limitations, we can’t change the current result that you see in the “Fixtures” section, arrange a re-match or provide you with the points that you have lost.

    While I cannot offer compensation, I assure you that we are working towards resolving the issue. As the issue itself has proven to be more widespread and more complex than we initially expected, it is taking more time that we initially anticipated.

    I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you and I understand how this has affected your progression with the points for the Divisions. As a Manager myself, I know how hard it is to work towards improving your team and making them ready to face any and all challenges in the Tournament so that you can reach your final goal. I assure you that we would never allow for our Managers to not be able achieve their goals or hinder them in any way.

    I kindly ask that you please bear with us while we work towards removing this issue and all others that you report to us so that we can all enjoy the game without interruptions.

    I get what you’re saying but here is not the place to report stuff, so you are right, there is no point. Sadly the same applies to Support.

    It’s a cross we all have to bear. Try not to let it ruin your day.
