Thank you for contacting us with your case.
I am sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with your game that has caused the results of the match to be recorded in such as strange way and for how this has affected your progression in the Association Tournament and the Divisions.
The issue that you have experienced is due to an technical glitch in our system that has caused your match between Gregor Young v Roby Indrajaya to not be recorded and instead the match was recorded as a draw in the Fixtures. Unfortunately, this glitch has proven rather difficult to solve and due to technical limitations, we can’t change the current result that you see in the “Fixtures” section, arrange a re-match or provide you with the points that you have lost.
While I cannot offer compensation, I assure you that we are working towards resolving the issue. As the issue itself has proven to be more widespread and more complex than we initially expected, it is taking more time that we initially anticipated.
I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you and I understand how this has affected your progression with the points for the Divisions. As a Manager myself, I know how hard it is to work towards improving your team and making them ready to face any and all challenges in the Tournament so that you can reach your final goal. I assure you that we would never allow for our Managers to not be able achieve their goals or hinder them in any way.
I kindly ask that you please bear with us while we work towards removing this issue and all others that you report to us so that we can all enjoy the game without interruptions.
