I finished 5th place in the league last season and my Association maintained its level but I didn't get any tokens.
Why did I get this message:
"You didn't qualify for division rewards last season. Finish amongst the top 8 in the League with your club at the end of this season to qualify for division rewards."
I think I'm at the top of my server - does that matter?
I'm in the same situation, even I became a champion, I sent mail. will be corrected

Also I didn't joined the association last season, it's my second or third season with this asso.
As you can see in the photo below, I won 73 points for my association.

In a season there are 4 asso tournaments, which means 16 games in a season. Lets imagine that I won every game and if we calculate, 16 games X 3 points, we get 48 points.So that means I'm playing with this association for more than one season..
What should I do now?

I have the same issue. I am due to get 50T but got a message that I didn't qualify. I finished top of the league last season.
It's a bug. See Sausy's post in another thread. They are investigating it. Sit tight, you'll get the tokens.

WHy i didnt get 50 tokens for stay in division?? I finnised 2nd in leage.. and they told me im not meet the requirements... What is that Nordeus?
they need to sort it soon cos people need their tokens to buy players. none of my asoc members received their 100T either
I got the same. We promoted to platinum and I did not get 100 tokens.

1st place in league won de champions league and play the four tournament in asociation RiverPlate F.C and we promoved but i don't recieve the reward pleace do something

Well, we were relegated to gold2 and ddnt got those 30 tokens for it, sended mail, no response so far
If you relegate from gold 1 to gold 2 you will not have your tokens , even with the old rules !!!!Quote:

nvm, got explanation, by the rules but it isnt fair, we are quilty of facing way stronger asso than we are.
So 2 asso started season in gold 1, one get lucky draws and get promoted other has stronger oponents and short for dozen points and relegate, first get 100 tokens other one 0, totaly fair :D
I didnt recieve any tokens but our bond won the game.
Some of the players did got there 30 tokens but some of them didnt.
Are there any new rules for this to get the tokens?
