How a manager with club lvl 2 can be in an association?

I have found an player that it is club lvl 2 and it is in an association.

I want also to be in an association and don't wait 3 seasons till I can.

As you can see in the first print screen she had club level 2 and it is in association:

But that's not all,
She already had played some matches in the previous season where she was club level 1.

Please advise I want also to join in an association.

Someone must invite you. A friend who is +4 level must invite you. Then you have access to the association tab and games
