Negosiation issue about token not back if rejected

i had the same issue today. but got back my token. but sill the negotiation is buggy. after my winning bids it keep saying waiting... and nothing happens.

Still not got my offers back and still not been credited for the tokens that were wrong taken off me. I’m 50 tokens short of where I should be and as a result can’t make signings. The response on the ticket is we’ve escalated it and then close it down...what’s the point of that?
