no Asso token rewards from last season

despite the ingame support reply where they said we will get our tokens soon... nothing has happend.
Are we expected to forget what we owed?
terribly disappointed with this game.... been playin too long for this to happen.
I really do not understand. I had the same problem like two years ago and they fixed it immediately!!
What's now? Players are not part of the business anymore? :D

Despite the fact that at this moment we can’t give you a concrete answer about your case, we would like to take the opportunity to remind you that there are two main criteria to get FA token rewards:
1) You must finish the League among Top 8 ranking
2) Your Association must remain in the same division or get promoted to a higher one
We will work on this report further so we make sure such experience doesn’t happen at the end of this current season.

Please be advised that unfortunately if your Association did not retain its spot in the Platinum Division and was relegated to Gold Division 1, this is the reason you did not receive a token reward from the Associations Tournament. Please have in mind that when an Association is being demoted tokens are not being awarded.
We hope that you will have the chance to claim back your spot in the Platinum Division during the new season of the Tournament of the Associations.

So if you are in platinum u get 100 tokens, and in gold u get 50 tokens... but if u drop from platinum to gold u get 0 tokens....

Same problem for our association. We have stayed in Gold 1 the last many seasons, but haven't received the 50 tokens for staying in the last two seasons.
Still nothing.
Gosh!!! This is sad. We tried so hard to be in gold 1 and now when you expect to get 50 tokens and you receive non. And after the update, to get bonus training it takes forever and nice move on the negotiations. And now this bug of not receiving token??? Why are we even playing then?

I play all association game, not leave aasociation, and i am champion in my league,and assosication keep in same level,but i don't get token today(even no mail send to me), and all my assosiation member,too

Here we go again , another season end , another problem with tokens from association. None of my asso teammates got any tokens and we stayed in platinium. I don't know their league placements but I don't think it's a "won the league" problem .
Has anyone else not been receiving tokens from there association tournaments. I’ve had 2 in a row now since they brought the new top 8 finish in.
I haven’t received mine and should have. More problems. Had to post yesterday about us being given 50pts instead of 100 for winning the tournament, and today not even any tokens. How are we supposed to play this game with so many things wrong with it now. Really does take the fun away when you have to contact support about pretty much every aspect of the game now.

There can be a latency in getting the division reward popup from the season, so please keep checking back. Regardless, I'm looking into it now and will update as soon as I have info.
Had the same issue here. Qualified for Gold 1 division and finished in top 8 in the League and no one in our Association has been paid tokens.
There is still a number 1 next to the Association menu in the game. Everyone in our Association are still waiting to be paid out as well.
This has only started since they changed it to top 8 finish,they need to sort it or there’s gonna be a lot of people lose interest in the game !!!
I have got my 100 tokens for reaching Platinum, but a friend in the same association hasnt got theirs......whats going on?
