    Mobile Issue

    My new HTC Android DNA with JellyBean wont run the app for T11. It opens to the Nordeus screen, fades then stays there. When I turn my screen off, back on the app will show picture for 3 or so seconds vertically but all functionality doesnt work and then it just goes black again.

    Is this a universal issue?
